Philosophy is the study of the relationships between human thought and reality or the principles of reasoning that allow us to understand and perceive the human mind and the world around or is the scientific study of the nature of reality and the associated cultural phenomenon.
It examines the meanings and presuppositions of human life. Philosophy seeks to provide solutions to problems that have troubled humankind for centuries and provide a basis for understanding. Philosophy is both the product and the subject of a scientific investigation.
The development of the modern sciences, which philosophy is an integral part of, has made it possible for the ultimate knowledge of human nature and the study of human life expand its horizons and be understood at a deeper level. At times, logical and scientific arguments do not apply in philosophy because of its inherent nature of questioning the truth itself.
